RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-day return window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging — including all tags and proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@getreyewear.com. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Inspect your order upon delivery. If there's an issue, contact us immediately at info@getreyewear.com — we'll make it right.

Exchanges Return your item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

EU right of withdrawal If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Same conditions apply: unworn, unused, original packaging.

Mystery Glasses
All Mystery Glasses orders are final. Due to the nature of this product — a surprise model and colour at a heavily discounted price — returns and exchanges are not accepted. No exceptions. No Lifetime warranty!

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you'll be refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at info@getreyewear.com.
